What is your payment policy?
After the client approves the mockup or sample, a 50% deposit is required to move to the Development Process. The remainder is due at the Launch Process before making the project live or delivering it to the client.
What payments methods do you accept?
Invoices are sent to the client by email. Payments are completed via PayPal with any major Bank Cards or Credit Cards directly through the email or your Online Account. Alternatively, checks can be mailed by USPS to: iPromo Design Studios, P.O. Box 46358, Phoenix, AZ 85037. *Mailing checks will slow down the process.
What delivery options do you offer?
Digital products such as web files, logos, images, hosting & domain information are sent via email. Products such as business cards, fliers and banner stands are sent via courier, USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Do you guarentee a timeline for my project?
iPromo DS does not have a timeline guarantee for your project. The reason is that many times we wait for clients to gather information or content which can take more time than usual. We will get to work on your project as soon as we receive everything we need to move forward. We do enforce a project timeline that prevents long wait times (usually 2 to 3 months) so it does not stretch out for an unacceptable amount of time. These timelines will vary depending on the size of the project.
